Valued at an estimated $5.1-7.6 million, the sale will feature over 2,600 lots of incredible diversity and provenance, representing every major wine producing region in the world.

The selection of Burgundy in the December sale is particularly compelling, with over 980 lots anticipated to realize $2.4-3.6 million, the depth offered from the region is outstanding. Top producers represented include Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Domaine Leroy, Armand Rousseau, Domaine Dujac, Coche-Dury, Georges Roumier, Comte Georges de Vogüé, Henri Jayer, and many more.

Burgundy enthusiasts will be pleased to find a 6-liter bottle of 1986 La Tâche, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti (lot 2354, est. $19,000-28,000); 6 bottles of 1991 Musigny, Domaine Leroy (lot 391, est. $40,000-60,000); 6 bottles of 1996 Corton-Charlemagne, Coche-Dury (lot 443, est. $22,000-32,000); and a single bottle of 2001 Vosne-Romanée, Cros Parantoux, Réserve Henri Jayer, Henri Jayer (lot 30, est. $4,800-7,500).

Bordeaux lovers should browse the selections carefully. Large format offerings include a double-magnum of 1989 Château Haut-Brion (lot 728, est. $8,000-12,000); a 5-liter jeroboam of 2000 Château Mouton Rothschild (lot 1401, est. $11,000-17,000); as well as an 18-liter bottle of 2005 Château Cheval Blanc (lot 1522, est. $14,000-20,000). Those who prefer half-bottle offerings should take note of the 24 half-bottles of 1950 Château Latour (lot 623, est. $7,500-11,000) offered on Friday’s session.
