Bidding is now open for HDH's April Auction of Finest & Rarest Wines Including A Celebration of Burgundy which will be held on April 23rd & 24th starting at 8:00am ET both days. Valued at an estimated $5.2-7.8 million, the sale will feature 2,470 lots of incredible diversity and provenance. Bidders can utilize HDH’s industry-leading bidding platform, available via their mobile app or online, to place live and absentee bids.

Friday’s session will open with the Celebration of Burgundy portion of the sale, featuring several distinguished groups with a focus on wines from top producers and vintages from the region. Right off the bat is A Treasure Trove of Young and Mature Burgundy (lots 1-493). This consignment features a variety of Burgundy in full cases and large formats from top producers like Armand Rousseau, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Domaine Dujac, Georges Roumier, Hudelot-Noëllat, and more.

Property of a Surgeon and Educator (lots 848-896) offers a dense group of Burgundy highlighted by sought after Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Dujac. Additional Property of a Surgeon and Educator (lots 1799-1907) will be offered in Saturday’s session. This portion from the consignor features an array of quality focused selections from the likes of Haut-Brion, Lafite, Latour, Margaux, Mounton, Pétrus, d’Yquem and more.

Additional Burgundy highlights include Jewels of Burgundy Highlighted by Rare Offerings from Acclaimed Producers (lots 523-718) and A Deep Collection of the Finest Burgundy from Coveted Nineties Top Vintages (lots 777-809). Burgundy aficionados should be sure to browse the groups closely and bid with confidence.

Saturday concludes with selections of Old and New World wines. An Important Private Cellar (lots 1420-1467) includes top Bordeaux and Italian wines. Those looking for California favorites should browse An Exciting Trove of Wines from California Featuring Screaming Eagle and Sine Qua Non (lots 2022-2068). Last but not least, A Collection of Finest Madeira from As Far Back As 1834 (lots 2445-2470) will round out the sale.

Collection Policy
HDH's April auction will take place in Delaware and all purchases must be picked up at their New Castle, Delaware warehouse or shipped outside of the U.S. If you are unable to pick up your order, you may authorize an agent or shipping agent to pick up on your behalf.
